南通斯科赛智能装备有限公司原南通至上机械有限责任公司，公司成立于2017年，后期由于业务需要细化公司内部组织，由2021年新设立南通斯科赛智能装备有限公司是一家集销售、研发、生产和服务于一体的系统集成商。位于南通北高速路口正北1公里，东邻兴东国际机场西邻火车站，公司拥有国际先进水平的高精度生产和检测机器设备如日本牧野、台湾永进CNC加工中心、数控车床、数控铣床、线切割、磨床和韩国德仁五轴三坐标。结构类型的关键机械精密零件自主加工制造，并拥有完善的检验设备和手段，确保产品质量。
南通斯科赛智能装备有限公司致力于从方案设计、精密加工、组装调试、现场实施以及售后支持等方面为客户提供优质产品和全方位的服务。公司目前主要装配自动化及加工自动化两大类产品。针对不同行业的需求，整合运动控制、影像处理、震动盘、关节机器人等技术，配合软件开发，为客户提供客制化的自动化设备和整体解决方案。
在机械装配过程中，基础件和装配件的传送、给料和装配作业已部分地或全部地实现半自动化或自动化。装配自动化主打产品有：单机设备、机构件轮廓在线检测、倍速链全自动装配线,机器人全自动装配线等。在加工自动化方面用技术优势为客户提供各种类型产品的自动化方案,并获得客户的好评。 加工自动化主打产品有：CNC夹具、分度&普通非标卡盘车夹具。
